1. Scope #
These Terms apply to the FutrixData website, account system, download pages, billing pages, customer dashboard, and other online services we make available through futrixdata.com.
If you use FutrixData on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
FutrixData is currently operated as an individual developer project and is not yet incorporated as a company. In these Terms, references to FutrixData, "we", "us", or "our" mean the individual developer operating the service, who can be reached at wangqianqianjun@gmail.com.
2. Accounts and Sign-In #
You may sign in with GitHub or Google. You must keep your account information accurate and remain responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, unlawful use, or a violation of these Terms.
3. Downloads and Desktop App #
The website provides access to official FutrixData desktop downloads. Your installation and use of the desktop application are also governed by the /eula.
The website does not transfer ownership of source code or software to you. Except where we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you receive a limited right to use the service and software.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment #
Some features may require a paid plan. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and billing state may be handled through our payment providers.
If you purchase paid features, you agree to pay the fees, taxes, and billing amounts shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.
5. Permitted Use #
You may use the website and related services only in compliance with these Terms, the /eula, applicable law, and our published product documentation.
- Create and manage your account, licenses, and activated devices.
- Download official desktop installers from the website.
- Use account, billing, and license features within the limits of your plan.
6. Prohibited Conduct #
- Do not attack, scan, bypass, impair, or interfere with the website, payment flow, authentication flow, or download services.
- Do not impersonate others, take over accounts, or attempt unauthorized access to another user, device, or license.
- Do not use the website, account system, or download services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Do not copy, mirror, resell, or redistribute website content or desktop installers unless we expressly allow it.
- Do not try to extract, reverse engineer, or repurpose protected website code, interfaces, or content except where mandatory law permits it.
7. Intellectual Property #
The FutrixData website, software, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by FutrixData or its licensors and are protected by law.
These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Your Responsibilities #
You are responsible for deciding whether you have the right to connect particular databases, files, logs, prompts, or other content to FutrixData.
If you connect FutrixData to third-party AI providers, search services, databases, or cloud platforms, you are responsible for the resulting authorization and compliance consequences.
9. Third-Party Services #
Parts of the website depend on third-party services such as GitHub, Google, Stripe, and GitHub Releases. Their availability, pricing, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or content provided by third-party services.
10. Disclaimers #
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, downloads, and related online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete security, error-free performance, or fitness for your specific business, procurement, legal, or compliance needs.
11. Limitation of Liability #
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutrixData will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
If the law does not allow a full exclusion, FutrixData’s aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid FutrixData for the relevant services in the previous 12 months; if you paid nothing, the cap is USD 100.
12. Suspension, Termination, and Changes #
You may stop using the website and related services at any time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the services as needed.
If we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated version on the website and update the last-updated date. Continued use after the change becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
